Sign in to Sentuni
Tap Continue with Apple. A new account starts the introduction; an existing account opens the journal. The journal, worksheets and pauses are available after sign-in. If the service is unavailable, check your connection and try again.
How do I recover my journal?
On the original iPhone, open Settings → My account → Back up now. On the other iPhone, use the same Apple and iCloud accounts, open My account → Check iCloud → Restore backup and check the date before confirming. Restore replaces local entries with the inspected copy; first save or export anything you want to preserve. Automatic backup saves changes when available but does not synchronize devices. Export journal and Import journal provide a free JSON-file alternative.
Restore Sentuni Plus
In the Sentuni Plus offer or settings, tap Restore purchases using the same App Store account used to purchase. Plus offers monthly or annual subscriptions; verified previous lifetime purchases remain valid. The journal and guides remain free. Manage or cancel renewal in App Store settings. Apple handles refunds.
How do I delete my data?
Find the controls in Settings → My account. Back up now saves a copy in your iCloud; Automatic backup is optional and restoration remains manual. Delete entries from this iPhone removes local entries and disables automatic backup, preserving the iCloud copy. Delete iCloud backup removes the copy’s contents and disables automatic backup on this iPhone; local entries remain. Delete my data and sign out removes the iCloud copy and this account’s entries on this iPhone, then ends local access. If iCloud fails, the app reports that complete deletion did not finish. Copies on other devices and exported files must be deleted at those destinations. Apple authorization can be revoked in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Sentuni. Subscriptions are managed separately in the App Store.

Generate and share a report
On Today, tap Bring to your session. The feature is also available in History. Choose the period, entries and details to include; generate and review the PDF before sharing. Sentuni Plus subscribers can prepare the report; people without a subscription can learn about the feature and plans. The report is generated on the iPhone and nothing is sent automatically. The journal and adjustable breathing remain free.
